Identify and Support Unfinished Learning

When I first started working with Delta Math, I saw the program’s capacity to positively impact K-12 students on their journey to master the language of logic. However, I never envisioned the true impact that it would have on my own child. As a parent, I am very grateful that my child’s teacher utilized Delta Math to support his readiness for grade level mathematics and beyond. Sam is a confident mathematician that continues to grow in his command of the language.

New Buffalo Area Schools has been using the Delta Math RTI Program for the past nine years, and it has had a profound impact on our students’ success in mathematics. Delta Math allows our educators to focus on the most essential foundational mathematical standards while providing clear, actionable data to guide instruction. This data-driven approach makes it possible to structure effective Tier II and Tier III intervention time, ensuring that students receive targeted support in the areas they need most.

We have seen firsthand how Delta Math helps build the mathematical knowledge and confidence that students need to succeed not only in the classroom but also in future learning. The program’s intentional focus on critical skills, combined with its practical intervention tools, has made it an invaluable resource for our teachers and students. Delta Math has truly strengthened our RTI framework and continues to be a cornerstone of our approach to mathematics instruction.

Our school saw remarkable growth after implementing the Delta Math RTI Program. The program's design motivates students, allowing them to track their progress and move out of support tiers once they master skills. The data is both relevant and actionable for students and teachers, leading to some of the best collaborative conversations about student learning our team has ever had. It's a truly effective tool for a multi-tiered system of support.

The school was following a state-supported RTI program for reading, and I longed for something similar for math. We were randomly pulling stuff from the Internet that we hoped corresponded to teachers' lesson plans, and I couldn't understand why there wasn't a step-by-step program that would HELP students rather than be additional busy work.

Delta Math has been instrumental in creating and sustaining MTSS Math interventions at our school for 3 years. We continue to see growth in student achievement each year. It has helped teachers to identify student need, provide targeted lessons to help students complete unfinished learning, & monitor progress. It built confidence in both teachers and students in showing them how to take actionable steps to drive change and growth. The model of intentional instruction using CRA (build/draw/write) and the I do, we do, you do structure has been foundational in student success and confidence.
